HOw we make it, Production Overview
- The raw dust is brought in from our storage location.
- Material is brought to the first conveyor belt with a small mechanical loader. A constant stream towards the screen is created manually
- The screen takes out fibers and other contaminations like stones. Small stones are picked out manually from the conveyor after the screen. Fibers are stored in a compartment next to the compartment of the raw material.
- Screened material is gathered in a small bunker.
- Material is transported to the washing table with a jackscrew. Between the screw and the table, a divider is positioned to spread the material evenly on the table.
- The washing table is a low speed steel mesh conveyor belt. Above the belt sprinkling units for water are positioned.
- The washed material is transported to the press belt by a short conveyor belt.
- After pressing, the material is transported with a long jackscrew to the top of the drying unit.
- After drying, the material is collected in a small container consisting of approximately 5 cubic meters.
- Material is dried further on a drying floor.
- Dried material is then ready to get packed according customer's specifications.
